An Enchanting Day

I didn't have to go to work today, and the weather wasn't conducive for playing outside, so I decided to do what I could to use up some of my retired DSP. I enjoyed playing with different layouts and coming up with different ideas.

All of the cards have Everyday Enchantment DSP. The additional cardstock used is Calypso Coral, Lucky Limeade, Pool Party, and Very Vanilla.

Enchanted Field Flowers

When I started working on this card, I had planned on CASEing another card I found on Pinterest. However, the flower stamp used was not one I am familiar with, so the dimensions I had planned on using wouldn't work. Instead, I simplified the layout and came up with this card.
Supplies: Stamps - Field Flowers; Paper - Gumball Green, Pool Party, Very Vanilla, and Everyday Enchantment (ret.) and Print Poetry DSPs; Ink - Gumball Green, Pool Party; Ribbon - Pool Party 1/4" satin from Sycamore Street (2013 SAB)

Warmest Birthday Wishes!

I've got a friend and niece whose birthdays are this month. This is one of the cards I made to send. Unfortunately, the Designer Series Paper (DSP) and the ribbon are retired. However, the layout is one of my favorites. For the frame around the sentiment, I cut the shape with the Apothecary Accents, then cut them in half lengthwise.

Supplies: Stamps - Blooming with Kindness; Paper - Calypso Coral, Island Indigo, Very Vanilla, and Everyday Enchantment DSP (ret.); Ink - Island Indigo; Framelits - Apothecary Accents; Ribbon - Calypso Coral Everyday Enchantment Organdy (ret.); Punch - Ribbon Border; Jewels - Pearls (Can you find all the pearls? There are four of them.)
